If there were several different judgments, as if often the case, it might be convenient to combine identifying each judgment with your analysis of the judgment as you go. Having evaluated and analysed the case, would you agree with the majority or dissent? Would you agree/disagree – but for different reasons to those of the judges? Explain why. Read the case carefully and thoroughly to describe the case accurately.
